Digitised from the original records held at the Genealogical Society of Queensland Brisbane, this database includes indexes from records of memorial inscriptions from many Queensland cemeteries and lone graves (people who were buried on private property). Additionally, there are indexes to records from Queensland funeral directors: Metropolitan, Lorisch, Alex Gow, S R Le Grand, K M Smith, Cannon & Cripps, Tucker, Nankivel, John Hislop, and Funerals of Distinction. The total time frame covered in this collection is 1820 to 1999, however, not all years are covered for all funeral directors or cemeteries.
